Showing off her short cropped hairdo, Vanessa Hudgens closed out the work week with an afternoon of shopping with friends in Venice, CA on Friday (July 22).
The “Sucker Punch” star dressed for the summertime heat in a sleeveless grey top with a light pink hippie-style skirt as she drove her brand new Audi s5 to a local shopping center for the retail therapy session with her gal pals.
Making the most of the single life as of late, Vanessa recently told press, “It is important to love yourself. It is fun to look at cute boys. I like being single. I feel, I have all the time for myself.”
On the career front, Miss Hudgens recently wrapped up filming a movie titled “Gimme Shelter” – for which was the reason behind her shortening her brunette locks.
Co-starring Rosario Dawson and Brendan Fraser, the Ron Krauss directed drama is “about a pregnant teenager turned away by her Wall Street father because of her decision to have her baby. Forced into the streets, she embarks on a desperate journey of survival.”

Having arrived into town earlier in the day, Kim Kardashian was spotted enjoying her first day in London with mother Kris Jenner on Sunday (September 12).
After strolling the city’s streets, the E! reality star and her mom went shopping at Selfridges while also taking a moment to pose for a few pictures at a local telephone booth.
Keeping in touch with her many fans while staying in the UK, Kim tweeted, “A lot goin’ on tonight… VMA’s, football, Keeping Up W Kardashians, The Spin Crowd! Tune into E at 10/9c to watch!”
Also giving a shout out to brother-in-law Lamar Odom and his gold medal winning USA basketball team, Miss Kardashian later wrote, “OMG #TeamUSA won a GOLD MEDAL!!! Congrats @RealLamarOdom Now u and Bruce have some serious bling competition! LOL”

Still living it up in paradise, Britney Spears and her boyfriend Jason Trawick were spotted out shopping the day away in Hawaii on Friday (August 27).
Trying to get a little privacy, the “Womanizer” singer snuck out the back door of the Shops at Wailea before returning to her luxury suite at the Grand Wailea of the Waldorf Astoria Collection by Hilton.
And while Brit Brit has done a fine job of turning her life around following her all too memorable meltdown, recent reports tell that fellow Hollywood starlet Lindsay Lohan is utilizing one of Miss Spears past helper-outers to aid her post-rehab situation.
Fresh out of UCLA medical center, Miss Lohan is said to have hired businesswoman Lou Taylor to straighten out her finances and earn some cash – which Miss Taylor did so well for Britney.

Stepping out to tend to her retail needs, Britney Spears was spotted out shopping with her entourage at the Westfield Mall in Woodland Hills, CA on Tuesday (August 3).
Imbibing on the retail romp after visiting her lawyer, the “Womanizer” singer looked in good spirits as she made her exit donning a brand new outfit.
In related news, it was reported over the weekend that Miss Spears may have a new album on the way sooner than later.
And while she’s busily working on new tunes, a Gossip Cop source tells that Brit Brit may have an upcoming single but a full disc has no timetable as of this point.

Giving the French economy a little boost, Lindsay Lohan was spotted doing some retail therapy in Paris last night (March 9).
The “Georgia Rule” actress dropped into the APRIL 77 boutique to pick up a few items and take a break from having the paparazzi on her tail.
As for the recent news that she’d been dropped from her gig with the Unargo design team, Lindsay says she can’t say too much.
“I don’t work for them anymore,” she stated. “There’s legal things going on; I can’t really discuss it.”
