Following reports that suggested Two and a Half Men would write out Charlie Sheen’s character by simply keeping him in Paris, where he jetted off to the last time we saw him on screen, sources now say Chuck Lorre wants to ensure Sheen can never return to the CBS sitcom…

… by killing Sheen’s Harper off.

Will Charlie Sheen be eternally LOSING on Two and a Half Men?

CBS insiders tell TMZ Alan and Jake will learn about Charlie’s fate early in the September premiere, and then Ashton Kutcher will arrive when his character buys Charlie’s house.

Charlie Sheen to Be Killed Off Two and a Half Men? is a post from: Emotionshock Gossip

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller can’t agree on much. But, for the sake of their children, the troubled former couple has reportedly settled on a custody arrangement.

Sources tell TMZ that lawyers for both sides met in court today and agreed that Sheen and Mueller would share legal and physical custody of their (poor) twins, Bob and Max. The parents just need to sign the papers now to make it final.

In news that is, unfortunately, equally exciting for Mueller, you can look for her tonight on the premiere of Paris Hilton’s reality show, The World According to Paris. We wish we were making that up.

Forget Carmelo Anthony. It turns out Charlie Sheen is the best rebounder in New York.

Following a disastrous performance at Radio City Music Hall Friday evening, the actor returned to the same venue on Saturday and told an enthusiastic crowd: “Friday night got a little f*cking hijacked because I let people get into my magic f**king brain.”

Well, sure. That happens to all of us.

Sheen chucked his script from the outset and roamed around the audience a bit throughout the show. He also welcomed a pair of random, special guests on to the stage:

1. Former baseball player Darryl Strawberry.
2. Inside the Actors’ Studio host James Lipton.

The latter even asked Charlie one of the questions he poses to guests at the conclusion of every episode: What’s your favorite curse word? Sheen’s response: “Either f*ck or Denise.”

Okay. That’s pretty funny.

Other tidbits from the night include:

• Sheen admitting Chuck Lorre “doesn’t completely suck” and saying he wants to return to Two and a Half Men. Even claims he’ll write the sitcom an apology.
• Sheen seeing an ex-girlfriend in the crowd and giving her a kiss.
• Sheen apologizing for every saying Jon Cryer was a troll.
• Sheen uttering these mysterious words near the end of the performance: “I discovered crack and the internet in the same weekend. Thanks, Al Gore.”

Just hours away from his “My Violent Torpedo of Truth” stage show debut, Charlie Sheen was spotted leaving his hotel in Detroit, Michigan on Saturday afternoon (April 2).

Having arrived in the Motor City the previous night, the former “Two and a Half Men” star gave a hug to ex-Korn member Rob Patterson and waved to a crowd of onlookers before hopping into an awaiting ride.

Getting amped up for the show, Sheen also took to his Twitter account by writing, “#fastball; hyaena gallery tonight. Olive Ave. Burbank. epic & most insane tribute to the Warlock. Video commentary by me in bigness form. c”

Charlie also posted a picture of the his Fox Theatre Detroit marquee billboard reading Charlie Sheen Violent Torpedo of Truth: Defeat Is Not An Option while tweeting, “Need I Say More”.

The same man who cracks us up each week with dry-witted 30 Rock quotes has grown (somewhat) serious when it comes to Charlie Sheen’s career.

In an editorial for The Huffington Post, based on his own experiences with executives in the movie and TV business, Baldwin addresses the troubled actor and says: “You can’t win. Really. You can’t.”

Meaning what, exactly? Baldwin gives us a look inside the industry and continues:

“No actor is greater than the show itself when the show is a hit. And, in that regard, [executives] are often right. Add to that the fact that the actor who is torturing their diseased egos is a drug-addled, porn star-squiring, near-Joycean Internet ranter, and they really want you to go.”

Baldwin is correct that almost all hit shows remain popular and profitable after stars leave. Look at NYPD Blue, ER, CSI.

In the end, here’s what Sheen should do, according to Baldwin:

“Sober up, Charlie. And get back on TV, if it’s not too late. This is America. You want to really piss off Chuck and Warner Brothers and CBS? Beg for America’s forgiveness. They will give it to you. And then go back. You are a great television star… As I learned from closely observing Tony Bennett so I could impersonate him on SNL, this is supposed to be fun.

P.S… buy Cryer a really nice car.”

Charlie Sheen may be granting time to every media outlet in the country (Chuck, call us!), but there’s one person the crazed actor won’t be speaking to:

Brooke Mueller. She has been granted a restraining order, TMZ reports. Los Angeles Superior Court has banned the star from going within 100 yards away of his ex-wife. He also cannot have any contact with her.

Why the sudden filing, considering Mueller was just on vacation with Sheen, Bree Olson and Natalie Kenley in the Bahamas? She claims the drug aficionado threatened her several times over the past couple days.

Sheen isn’t too broken up about the news, telling the site: “Great.  I was already planning on staying 100 parsecs away from her.”  (A parsec, of course, translates to 3.26 light years in Star Wars parlance.)
