Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller can’t agree on much. But, for the sake of their children, the troubled former couple has reportedly settled on a custody arrangement.
Sources tell TMZ that lawyers for both sides met in court today and agreed that Sheen and Mueller would share legal and physical custody of their (poor) twins, Bob and Max. The parents just need to sign the papers now to make it final.
In news that is, unfortunately, equally exciting for Mueller, you can look for her tonight on the premiere of Paris Hilton’s reality show, The World According to Paris. We wish we were making that up.

While Charlie Sheen continues to back himself into a crazy Korner, and while Brooke Mueller is off shooting a reality show with Paris Hilton (seriously), it’s easy to forget that there are two-year old boys at stake here.
The former couple will meet in court tomorrow to hammer out a custody arrangement regarding Bob and Max. Until then, though, Sheen’s side is accusing Mueller of profiting off her twins:
“[Charlie] is getting more and more frustrated every day, seeing pictures of them with their mother as she parades them all over LA like some sort of sick photo opportunity.”
It’s hard to argue with that, as the following video of Mueller was taken in the middle of the day, as she walked around The Grove, smiling for the paparazzi:

“This wouldn’t be the first time Brooke has sought to profit from media exposure. Brooke negotiated a million-dollar deal to sell her wedding pictures to Charlie back in 2008. She also tried to sell images of her newborn twins back in 2009. She loves being in the spotlight as much as Charlie.”

Charlie Sheen may be granting time to every media outlet in the country (Chuck, call us!), but there’s one person the crazed actor won’t be speaking to:
Brooke Mueller. She has been granted a restraining order, TMZ reports. Los Angeles Superior Court has banned the star from going within 100 yards away of his ex-wife. He also cannot have any contact with her.
Why the sudden filing, considering Mueller was just on vacation with Sheen, Bree Olson and Natalie Kenley in the Bahamas? She claims the drug aficionado threatened her several times over the past couple days.
Sheen isn’t too broken up about the news, telling the site: “Great. I was already planning on staying 100 parsecs away from her.” (A parsec, of course, translates to 3.26 light years in Star Wars parlance.)

Charlie Sheen needs a break from not working. He’s reportedly headed to the tropics, and is won’t be vacationing there alone:
Insiders tell Radar Online that the actor is going away with a group that includes Brooke Mueller, Bree Olson and a woman named Natalie Kenly, possibly the mystery woman he was spotted kissing earlier this week.
This shocking/hilarious news breaks just hours after we learned Mueller was moving back in with the man who once threatened to kill her.
“Charlie is back to his old self – and that’s not a good thing,” a source says. “[He] talked about building a porn family and now he’s got these three women all living with him and taking off on vacation with him.”
Backing up this story, Olson Tweeted last night: Going to a tropical wonder for a little while to relax with friends 
minimal tweets so hold tight! Be home soon babies!
Just try not to be home soon with babies, Bree. That was evidently a problem for another one of Sheen’s porn star pals.

Angelina Tracy continues to insist that she isn’t banging Charlie Sheen, but that hasn’t stopped Brooke Mueller from packing up and leaving.
According to Radar Online, insiders and reps may claim the couple is “evaluating things,” but that’s mere PR (and BS). In reality, Charlie and Brooke have officially split, now that a financial arrangement has been reached.
With a payout from Sheen to Mueller in its final stages, Brooke will walk away with a substantial amount of cash, “but not a fortune” a friend said, adding:
“It’s not everything she wanted. It’s not even close. But it’s enough.”
Heck, an iTunes gift card should be enough to leave Sheen. Trust us, Brooke, you and your children will be better off, even if it does mean fewer drug-induced threesomes for you.
The divorce announcement will not be made until Sheen has reached a plea bargain in his Colorado court case. But make no mistake, this source says:
“It’s over and the hardest part has been worked out: the money.”

She’s due in an Aspen, Colorado court next month to work things out with her husband Charlie Sheen, but first Brooke Mueller has to get her act together.
According to a report, Ms. Mueller is currently in rehab for both drugs and alcohol following her emergency wisdom tooth surgery earlier this month.
In fact, friends of the well-known addict actually tried to bring her drugs while she was hospitalized, showing the gravity of her condition.
A source told press, “After her friends tried to bring her drugs in the hospital we felt we had to get her out of L.A. And she didn’t put up a fight.”
Brooke was ordered into rehab by her doctors after being admitted for pneumonia and an infection, but she didn’t want to stay in California for fear that news may leak about her problem. She’s currently receiving treatment in North Carolina.
