John Stamos will guest star on Glee this fall.
But there’s nothing gleeful about his current situation: the actor took to the stand yesterday to defend himself against Allison Coss, the young woman arrested in December for trying to extort $680,000 from Stamos in exchange for not releasing allegedly compromising photos of him.
Testifying in U.S. District Court, Stamos denied all accusations that he used cocaine and/or accompanied an underage Coss in a hot tub. He admitted the following under oath:
Coss and boyfriend Scott Sippola are charged with conspiracy and two counts of extortion against the actor. If convicted on all charges, they could face up to nine years in prison. No photos of the star have turned up in any investigation of the pair’s home.
Near the end of his testimony, Coss’ lawyer randomly asked Stamos if he was a friend of Charlie Sheen. He replied: “No, but I know Lindsay Lohan.”

After a bitter exchange of allegations that spanned the better part of a week, are UFC star Tito Ortiz and porn queen Jenna Jameson ready to call a truce?
Both seem to want the matter to die down and are withdrawing allegations resulting in, and from, Tito’s felony domestic violence arrest earlier this week.
Jenna said Tito Ortiz assaulted her during an argument. She now says:
“What actually happened that morning has now been dramatically distorted and misinterpreted and remarks that both Tito and I made after the police arrived reflect the state of shock that we were both in.”
Translation: He didn’t do it.
What happened between Tito and Jenna? We may never know.
Tito insinuated that Jenna is an OxyContin addict who relapsed and hurt herself that day. But now the fighter’s position is dramatically different as well.
He claims he found two OxyContin pills in a pair of her pants pocket and may have jumped to conclusions, as Jenna says the pills were very old. Tito’s lawyer, Chip Matthews, now says the whole thing was “a big misunderstanding.”
Jenna passed a drug test a day after the incident.
Why the change of heart? Tito stands to lose $15 million – his UFC contract plus other deals he’s a part of – if he’s prosecuted for domestic violence.
Makes sense that they want this drama to disappear ASAP. It’s obviously less consequential if the case goes away, but whose story did you believe?

If Michael Lohan weren’t preoccupied with emailing The Hollywood Gossip at all hours of the night, he might try reaching out to his estranged daughter instead.
Clearly he has his work cut out repairing that relationship.
Thursday, Lindsay Lohan lashed out at her dad, alleging once again that he abused her when she was a kid. Specifically, the troubled star alleged that he “verbally/literally HURT my mother, brothers, sister Aliana … why, i ask u?”
A few hours later, the actress removed the post. Still, we were able to snag a similar screen shot from her account before it was taken down by Lindsay:
WAR OF THE LOHANS: Let the abuse allegations fly.
She also wrote yet didn’t elaborateon this: “My father just sent me this as I was leaving my gym ‘I told you to stop Linds this is the last time… and take down the tweet about me HURTING MOM… U will be getting a call from SOMEBODY today to end you.’”
LOL. This guy and his cyber threats. We can relate, Linds.
Michael Lohan told celebrity photo agency X17 that she likely posted the abuse claim to retaliate against him for his recent attempts to get her to go back to rehab. He held a live press conference to urge her to do so this week.
“What Lindsay is saying on Twitter is nothing more than nonsense,” he says. “As far as the ex father comment, maybe she’s divorcing me today, but she will remarry me once she gets her life back … she’s really crying out for help.”
“Obviously she realizes that I’m serious about getting her into rehab,” he adds. “She’s beginning to panic because I have been contacting people around her, as well as attorneys of my own, to take measures to get her the help she needs.”
We agree with Michael that Lindsay should probably go to rehab, or at least see a therapist … but these Lohans have really got to learn better communication.

Might Jesse James truly be one of the biggest idiots on the planet?
While we rarely buy into tabloid fodder, we have a new reason to believe this week’s In Touch Weekly report that states James has been cheating on Sanda Bullock with tattoo model Michelle McGee.
Earlier today, the actress bailed on the London premiere of The Blind Side, which is slated for Tuesday. In a statement from Warner Brothers UK, Bullock says:
“Due to unforeseen personal reasons, a trip abroad to support The Blind Side has been deemed impossible at this time. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your continued support of the film.”
We hope we’re wrong, but not exactly the words of someone with a strong marriage, are they?
Bullock, one of the most beloved stars on the planet, took home the Oscar for Best Actress at this month’s Academy Awards and brought James to tears during her acceptance speech.
“I’m so proud of her,” he said after the show “She deserves it more than anybody.”
We’ll keep our eyes on this story as it breaks, but one more point of interest: James has canceled his Twitter account. Make of that what you will… and prepare to toilet paper James’ house if rumors of his infidelity are true.
