Randy and Evi Quaid’s Light Sentencing

After a long, drawn out morning in a Santa Barbara courtroom, it was announced that Randy Quaid has been found not guilty while Evi Quaid was sentenced to a misdemeanor.

After skipping out on a $10,000 hotel bill, the courtroom has decided to sentence Evi with 3 years probation and 240 hours of community service.

After the decision, Evi told press it was a “win win situation” and that she was “happy” about her sentence going on to say she has actually benefited from the situation.

Randy and Evi also announced their plan to start a theater group for the homeless.
