Making for quite the special occasion, Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale were busy celebrating their eighth wedding anniversary in New York City on Tuesday night.
Married on September 14, 2002, the No Doubt frontwoman and her Bush rocker hubby both were well dressed as they left their hotel with Gwen in all black and Gavin sporting a black jacket, white top and black trousers.
Earlier in the day, Miss Stefani was spotted out by paparazzi as she tended to her medical needs with a visit to a local doctor’s office.
The sexy singer left her appointment looking a bit demure while sporting bandages on her back and toting a bottle of pills in-hand.
