According to the latest charts, “Whataya Want From Me” is number-one in Germany this week, while the single also just went platinum in America. Tweeted Adam in response:

Looking ever-so-fabulous in a blue top, denim shorts, oversized shades and black boots, Ashley Tisdale was spotted out and about in Los Angeles, California on Thursday (April 29).
The “High School Musical” star happened to be busy trying on outfits for her new Disney Channel original spinoff movie, “Sharpay’s Fabulous Adventure”.
Tweeting to her Twitter faithful about the afternoon outing, Ashley wrote, “Sharpay fitting!! So many clothes, so little time!”
Aside from her Sharpay project, Tizzie recently returned to the States after spending time in Vancouver to shoot the pilot for a CW series called “Hellcats”.

After a bitter exchange of allegations that spanned the better part of a week, are UFC star Tito Ortiz and porn queen Jenna Jameson ready to call a truce?
Both seem to want the matter to die down and are withdrawing allegations resulting in, and from, Tito’s felony domestic violence arrest earlier this week.
Jenna said Tito Ortiz assaulted her during an argument. She now says:
“What actually happened that morning has now been dramatically distorted and misinterpreted and remarks that both Tito and I made after the police arrived reflect the state of shock that we were both in.”
Translation: He didn’t do it.
What happened between Tito and Jenna? We may never know.
Tito insinuated that Jenna is an OxyContin addict who relapsed and hurt herself that day. But now the fighter’s position is dramatically different as well.
He claims he found two OxyContin pills in a pair of her pants pocket and may have jumped to conclusions, as Jenna says the pills were very old. Tito’s lawyer, Chip Matthews, now says the whole thing was “a big misunderstanding.”
Jenna passed a drug test a day after the incident.
Why the change of heart? Tito stands to lose $15 million – his UFC contract plus other deals he’s a part of – if he’s prosecuted for domestic violence.
Makes sense that they want this drama to disappear ASAP. It’s obviously less consequential if the case goes away, but whose story did you believe?

After a long, drawn out morning in a Santa Barbara courtroom, it was announced that Randy Quaid has been found not guilty while Evi Quaid was sentenced to a misdemeanor.
After skipping out on a $10,000 hotel bill, the courtroom has decided to sentence Evi with 3 years probation and 240 hours of community service.
After the decision, Evi told press it was a “win win situation” and that she was “happy” about her sentence going on to say she has actually benefited from the situation.
Randy and Evi also announced their plan to start a theater group for the homeless.

Shannon Engemann, sister of Larry King’s wife Shawn Southwick, would consider being the eighth Mrs. Larry King and bearing the fruits of his seed.
Yes, we just said “Larry King” and “seed” in the same sentence.
Larry King and his sister-in-law talked about having a baby during the affair that left him on the verge of divorcing Shawn Southwick, a source says.
Insiders say Larry and Shannon not only discussed marriage but talked about having a child should he and Shawn separate. Has that time come?
Larry and Shawn have both filed for divorce against each other, although the pair has instituted a two-week break in their divorce proceedings.

Accused of her cheating with Hector Penate, Shawn thinks Larry and her sis were boinking – and may still be. Is Shannon waiting in the wings?
“If Shawn divorces Larry then Shannon would like to become his next wife,” a source says. “Although she has denied having sex with him she does admit that they have been flirting with one another for years.”
“She knew that Larry had very strong feelings for her.”
In the early part of their relationship they discussed marriage and having a baby, the source said. She would represent King’s ninth marriage and eighth wife. Yep, one lucky lady had the honor of two honeymoons with Larry King.

Control her finances? Yes. Her schedule? Yep. Medical decisions? Check.
Her choice of undergarments? Well … would you really be surprised?
Britney Spears’ father, Jamie Spears, has reportedly given her a “bra ultimatum,” according to various reports. We doubt there’s any truth to it, but … LOL.
The story is that the conservator is tired of pics like the ones seen here… and probably half the entries in of our gallery of Britney Spears pictures lately.
Thus, he imposed a “must wear bra” rule on his famous daughter.
NO BRA, NO PROB: Ultimatum from pappy or not, Britney Spears has no use for pesky underwire support. Ding dang, those puppies are gonna be hangin’ out, y’alls.
Other sources close to the fam tell us there is no such rule in place, although it has been talked about. Big Papa Jamie Spears is said to have concluded this:
You can’t make any 28-year-old woman wear a bra if she doesn’t want to … especially Britney. In fact, he laughed when he heard the story of his “demand.”
No word if Jason Trawick would “support” this.

Having some fun on the “Ellen DeGeneres Show”, Gwyneth Paltrow confessed that she would love to add more children to the family.
The mother of Apple and Moses said, “I would love to have another child at some point. I feel very, very lucky that I have two healthy, nice ones.”
The “Iron Man 2” star has been married to Coldplay singer Chris Martin since 2003, and insists that her children are good kids and, most of the time, well-behaved. “They’re great. They’re so sweet.”
But Paltrow confesses that the tantrums do happen. “It’s part of it. They’re kids and they have to do what they have to do. You just have to wear earplugs sometimes. I started to with all these toys that make noise, instead of smashing the toys when I haven’t slept and, like, lose my mind. I just put on headphones or earplugs.”
